From Customer Mock-Up to Finished Hat

Support and Setup Requirements

OneLaser is expected to provide technical and warranty support for the laser. Hydbond will provide support for the CyberPress, UltraHyd materials, adhesive application, and hat-production process. Proofbolt support applies to the included 30-day access period. Final support, warranty, return, and damaged-freight terms will be posted before launch.

A compatible computer, appropriate electrical service, ventilation or exhaust routing, workspace, and laser-control software may be required. Final power, ventilation, LightBurn licensing, and setup requirements will be added after the exact OneLaser model is confirmed.
