At Hydbond, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, reliable experience. Please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

FREE RETURN SHIPPING

  • We provide free return shipping on eligible returns
  • A prepaid return label will be issued once your return is approved

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back

RESTOCKING FEE

  • A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns
  • This helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Used or altered materials
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Place a new order once approved

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post funds

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
