Subscription Commitment Policy

By purchasing a Hydbond subscription, you agree to a minimum two (2) billing cycle commitment. This means your subscription must remain active for at least two consecutive billing periods before it can be canceled.

After the initial two billing cycles have been completed, you may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

All subscription orders are processed automatically based on your selected delivery frequency. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We recommend managing any changes to your subscription prior to your next billing date to avoid unwanted charges.
