ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.
- Orders Placed Before 12PM Pacific Time that include ONLY ADHESIVE will ship same day.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
- May require additional production time.
- Estimated production timelines will be displayed on the product page when applicable.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight
- Package dimensions
- Destination

FREE SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping for LEVERAGE SILVER & GOLD MEMBERS ONLY
- Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the United States unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We primarily ship via:
- USPS
- UPS
- YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO SELECT YOUR PREFERRED CARRIER AT CHECKOUT
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Hydbond is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS)
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- High-volume shipping periods (holidays, etc.)
However, we will always do our best to assist you if issues arise.
INCORREECT ADDRESSES
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- If an incorrect address is provided:
- Contact us immediately at support@hydbond.com
- We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Hydbond is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors
- Contacting the carrier directly
- Filing a claim if necessary
If needed, we will assist you with filing a claim.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of packaging
- Email: support@hydbond.com
We will evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International shipping may be available upon request or at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Taxes
- Import fees
